Chargeable Extras

Currently our self-funded fees are £7.50 per hour.

The government funding is intended to deliver 15 or 30 hours each week of funded, high quality, flexible childcare. It is not intended to cover the costs of snacks, or extra staff for activities such as Forest School, PE, Music & Movement, Yoga etc.

Extra activities (Forest School, PE, Music & Movement, Yoga etc.)

Parents of funded children are requested to pay an additional charge of £1.50 each day your child attends to cover extra activities.  Children who are self-funded are not required to pay this charge.

Snack

We charge a nominal amount of (£5 per session, per term) to cover the cost of snack-foods. For any parent who wants to opt out of this scheme, you’re welcome to bring in a healthy snack for your child from home; this should be in a named box.

Early Bird drop-off

Available each day at 08.30am (£5 charge per session) & 08.45am (£2.50 charge per session).

After School Club

Currently runs on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays until 4.30pm. The cost is £8 an hour, so £8 until 16.00, £10 until 16.15 and £12 until 16.30.

Late collection

Please make every effort to be on time when you drop-off and pick-up. 

Parents who are late at pick-up will be charged £3 for every 5 minutes that you are late.  If you are more than 20 minutes late this rises to £5 for each 5 minutes. If you haven’t contacted us by 30 minutes after your expected pick-up time, we will action our Uncollected Child policy.

Charges for extra activities may be waived for families in need at the discretion of the Head of Nursery.
